Acceptance of terms
By using GoTalents.org ("the website"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the website. GoTalents is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.
Our services
GoTalents.org provides:
- Knowledge base - educational content about U.S. immigration visas (O-1, EB-1A, and related topics).
- Case Status Tracker - a tool that lets you check your USCIS case status by entering a receipt number. The tool sends your receipt number to the official USCIS API and displays the result.
The Case Status Tracker is a convenience tool. It retrieves data directly from USCIS and does not store, modify, or interpret the results beyond displaying them to you.

Case Status Tracker
When you use the Case Status Tracker:
- You enter a USCIS receipt number voluntarily.
- The receipt number is sent to the USCIS API to retrieve status information.
- We do not store your receipt number or the results on our servers.
- The accuracy and availability of case status data depends entirely on USCIS. We are not responsible for incorrect, delayed, or unavailable information from USCIS.
- The tool may be unavailable at times due to USCIS API maintenance or other technical issues outside our control.
Your responsibilities
When using this website, you agree to:
- Use the website and Case Status Tracker only for lawful purposes.
- Not attempt to access, disrupt, or interfere with our systems or the USCIS API.
- Not use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to query the Case Status Tracker in bulk.
- Not misrepresent your identity or the purpose of your use.
- Only enter receipt numbers that you are authorized to check.
Privacy
Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we handle data. The Privacy Policy is part of these Terms of Service.
Key points:
- We do not store personal data from the Case Status Tracker.
- We do not sell any user data.
- You can request deletion of any personal data we hold by emailing egorka23@gmail.com. We will process your request within 30 days.
Data retention and deletion
We do not store personal data from the Case Status Tracker. Receipt numbers are not saved on our servers.
If you want to permanently delete any personal data we may hold (for example, from email correspondence), contact us at egorka23@gmail.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request." We will complete the deletion within 30 days and send you a confirmation.
We comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as described in our Privacy Policy.
Intellectual property
The content on GoTalents.org, including text, design, and graphics, is the property of GoTalents or its content creators. You may share links to our pages and quote short excerpts with attribution.
